Its adjustable waist belt transfers baby's weight to your hips to free your movement and lighten your load. The padded, adjustable shoulder straps can be worn as loose or tight as is comfortable for you, and adjust to fit the Comfort Carrier specifically to baby's size.
This carrier is especially convenient for comfortably toting bigger and older children over longer periods of time.
Flexible Carrying Positions for Child's Comfort
As with all BABYBJÖRN Baby Carriers, the Comfort Carrier lets you carry your child facing forwards or towards you, but also offers two different leg positions. Your baby can be carried facing inwards or outwards with the "normal" BABYBJÖRN leg position.
For those older children who still enjoy being carried close to mom or dad, the new "wide" leg position faces larger children (up to 31 pounds) inward for more comfortable carrying. When baby is facing in, the head support can be left up or folded down. When baby is facing out, the head support should be folded down.
